Care Home Rating & Reviews

Although she is a fairly new resident, the dealings with the Queensway staff and how she has responded to her care is very reassuring. We are hoping her move here will be permanent, as she has always wanted to live back in the area.

Christina R

(Daughter of Resident)

We are both very happy with the care she gets. Pre covid, I would visit every day, and I have always enjoyed the staff’s company and pleasant manner. I really do appreciate the care the staff give to my wife.

Brian S

My dad came here with much trepidation – all unnecessary of course. The care he has received is second to none, the staff are cheerful and willing to help with whatever we needed. The home itself is fresh, clean and the atmosphere is very homely. Dad has an excellent room with his own en-suite and although he has dementia the staff all talk to him normally.

Gillian B

(Daughter of Resident)

I find the staff to be very kind, very thoughtful and very professional. They are very understanding and always do their absolute best to help when they can.

Anne C

My mum is always cared for and always looks lovely when I see her. I am confident my mum is looked after and made a fuss of.
