Our care

Gold Care Homes - Careers in Care

Every Gold Care Home embraces our mission to enhance the lives of our residents by bringing them joy, happiness and fulfilment.

Our compassionate and dedicated teams of carers, nurses and ancillary staff truly go above and beyond the call of their roles to make sure that every resident feels safe and secure in our care and is enabled to live a life of their choosing.

Whether supporting them with the activities of daily living, their personal care, providing assistance at mealtimes, or simply bringing comfort over a cup of tea, everyone at Gold Care Homes is on hand to provide the reassurance and friendly support that comes with living in a care home environment.

We offer care for a range of different health needs, from the personal support and encouragement that comes with residential care, to the prompting and reassurance that is needed for those living with dementia, to the more complex interventions that are often required for residents requiring nursing care. We recognise too, that every resident is an individual and our tailored approach to care reflects this, adapting and changing as our residents needs also change.

Nowhere else is this more apparent, than in our approach to palliative and end of life care, where our dignified care and support allows those residents approaching the end of their life, to feel calm, comfortable and in control of how we support them during this difficult time.

We are proud to be a family owned and run organisation, and those values present at the heart of every family filter through to our homes, our staff and ultimately, the care we provide. All of our care homes offer care on a long or short-term basis and our management teams are on hand to help you find the right solution for you or your loved one. At Gold Care Homes, we start caring from the moment you make an enquiry with us, and stay with you offering guidance, advice, support and the stewardship found in every family.
