Care Home Rating & Reviews

My late father, Georgy, was on a temporary placement with Baugh House in early October.  He spent a week in comfort and looked after by you with utmost care. The level of attention and dedication of carers at Baugh House were exceptional. I would like to extend special thanks to all staff, who cared for my father. I am immensely grateful to all the wonderful people of Baugh House. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Words cannot express my gratitude! God bless!

Since my mum-in-law moved into Baugh House in April they have been nothing but fantastic. She has settled so well. The home itself is spotlessly clean and the staff go over and above to make residents feel at home. And I mean everyone domestic staff, care staff and admin. Ten out of ten to you all.  Can’t thank you all enough for all you do.

My sisters and I took the difficult decision to move Mum into a care home in August 2020. She has Alzheimer’s and various other health problems and after several falls, urine infections, and hospital stays, we contacted Baugh House who was very happy for her to be admitted. It was a great relief for the family that the care home manager and nursing staff were immediately welcoming and assured us that Mum would receive excellent care. Mum is very happy there and so the family are happy too.

I have found that the care for my Aunt is extremely good. Her room always looks clean and bathroom. The staff always friendly and helpful. My aunt has settled in nicely and she is happy being here so far.

(Nephew of Resident)

Staff cheerful, home lovely, activities great. Everyone at Baugh House is always so happy and friendly. My partner is always well cared for. I visit every day and am always treated very well too.

Our mother settled immediately and has made many friends, residents, and staff alike, she came in with a urine infection which was diagnosed by the nursing staff and treated accordingly. Because of the infection, she suffered a mild stroke and epileptic fit. She is now very healthy being well fed and well cared for. The staff and entertainment personnel do a brilliant job, with sometimes very difficult patients.
