Gold Care Homes starts Resident Improvement Journey

Big changes are on the horizon including how we deliver our service and improving how we interact with all users. We will be delivering a new training and development programme for staff to ensure our new values are being met, while updating a number of homes to better serve the needs of our residents. As part of our commitment to provide an inclusive resident experience, we have also changed the way we look by refreshing our brand and website.
