Testimonials

Sue Frame – “I just wanted to say how impressed I am with all aspects of the care provided in Baugh House. My Uncle has only been here one week but already I can see the difference in him. Lorraine & Jacqueline could not have done more to help Reg settle in. It is such a relief to know he is getting the best care possible. Thank you!”

Brenda Nimms – “I was concerned how Mum would cope with a change of care home, but she settled in after just one day. She is extremely happy and much more alert. She hasn’t looked so well for a very long time. The care is excellent, the staffs are kind and the whole environment is just lovely. I feel totally confident that she is in good hands and I am so pleased we made the move when we did.”

Jan Booker – “Mum was quite concerned about coming into a care home but all her fears disappeared after the first day. She has settled in totally and now feels much more positive – she says her life has started again even at nearly 97. The whole staffs are very friendly to all the family and we don’t feel strangers here. So much is done to look after their needs. We are all very happy about her care. Lorraine always puts herself out to help if needed. Thank you.”

“I was extremely upset to put Mum into a care home, but can only say how wonderful the home has been for Mum. All staff. Housekeepers, carers & nurses are extremely competent. Mum has been much better since being at Baugh House. The cleanliness is second to none, the food exemplary & Mum’s personal care has been wonderful. She is always clean & tidy and seems extremely happy & peaceful. “

Pat & Sue – “Mum was moved from “Parkview” in Bexleyheath because they could not cater for her needs. We were upset that she had to be moved but it was for her own good. Since Mum has been at Baugh House, she has been well cared for by all the staff. She is always clean and tidy. We noticed the difference with Mum as soon as she moved into Baugh House – she seems a lot happier in herself. We as her daughters, are pleased with the overall care she is receiving. The staffs are lovely and helpful and seem very professional in all aspects of care. A lovely care home!!”

Duchesue Family – “Since Dad has been admitted to Baugh House there has been a noticeable change in him for the better. He has settled very quickly which I think is due to the wonderful care and attention he has been given by the staff. All his personal hygiene needs are being met and he always looks clean and tidy every day. This gives us as a family peace of mind knowing that he is being well cared for. Thank you to all the staff.”

K Worts – “Had a delightful lunch in the upstairs dining room. Mum was able to sit with us, enjoy the food, and if felt like one of our old family lunches again. The quiet space and familiar feel of eating together made her more lucid and relaxed than she has been for some time. Thanks all for giving us such a treat.”

Irene Stroud – “I have had a lovely holiday. Staff excellent. Shall come back for the fourth time. Many thanks.”
